Registry of society plot from joint to sole ownership

Sir , I have a joint registry of a society plot with my sister. My sister have not spend any money on this. It was my father who told me for joint registry. Now I wish to made this only in favour of me only. My sister is agree. What should I do for this.
Now u can file a suit for rectification, variation,cancellation or change in instrument. Since there is joint registry and ur sister is ready,u can get it in ur favour.After the judgment is pronounced,u will be the sole owner of this plot.
