we are two brothers, our dad owned a piece of land on which we constructed a two floor building, as of now we want to register individual flats in the municipal corporation as the tax structure is huge on us. what are the channels to do so. our daddy is alive and stays with us.
This is my response to you:
1. Enter into a partition deed if only land is shown otherwise two gift deeds by your father to two sons;
2. Pay the stamp duty and registration fees;
