24-May-2023 (In Property Law)
My grandfather has a property my father wants to clame that he wants to get the property in his name because of family issues.we are separated from my father
as if the property is devolved upon your grand father from his fathers and if you are born as a coparcenor of the family you can claim a share out of the share devolved upon your father and you file a suit seeking right over share
