Registered will in the name of father or mother

You Hii....I am an Indian citizen....My father had given me his own acquired property through Gift deed... Now I have some disputes with my wife...I have a little girl child who now resides with my wife at my wife's paternal house....I dont want to allow my wife to enjoy that property if by any chance I die ....ow I want to know if I make a will in the name of my father or mother, will it be valid according to Indian law?

Yes you can make your parents the beneficiaries of the gifted property but it's most likely after your demise, God forbid, when your parents go to court to obtain probate certificate it will be challenged both by your widow wife and minor child. So if you don't desire such untoward events occur in future you may opt for transferring the gifted property back your parents by executing a gift deed in your father's and mother's name.
