Registered Relinquishment deed revocation

14-Jan-2023 (In Property Law)
My aunt (fathers sisters) have relinquished their rights over my grandfathers property. The deed was signed in presence of sub registrar and was registered accordingly last year. Please let me know if the deed can be cancelled & if my aunts can again sign a relinquishment deed in favour of my cousins. If yes.. how can we defend our rights.
