Regarding property issues were my father's brother cheating my land

Hi sir/Madam,
As i am working in Bangalore, my father was an handicap, my fathers brother is convincing my grandma to sell the land for his benefits, but already is part he have sold a year ago.Now I would like to send a laywer notice to stop selling that land,untill we divide the land.
