Refusing to give job to each one of us after acquiring land

Respected sir/madam, We are 3 brothers and each 1 of us has 1 acre separately. Now, this land from 3 brothers have been acquired for Yermarus thermal power project. In the beginning while getting our consent to acquire the land they gave us words that each land loser will get the job and according to their words they distributed 3 applications 1each fa us. But after submitting all the details they are saying that we 3 brothers belong to same family. This they are saying because we have produced same family certificate to them as we didn't had any idea. Finally on 8th Dec they have sent us a letter saying that among 3 any 1 should opt for job and other 2 should give consent for the 3rd saying no objection. Am completely frustrated as 23rd Dec is the last date to give in writing that 1 will opt for job. But this is not true, I work fa my livelihood so as my 1st younger brother and the last 1 is still pursuing degree. We 3 r majors with age 27,26 & 21 & all r unmarried. Pls help..
