I am stayig in malad Mumbai... and our flat is in joint name of my mom n myself.
Our society is planning for redevlopment and we are on stage that this week going to make suplimentry development agreement & on other hand i have sold the flat and still taken the token of it... now i need NOC from the society but they are telling now its not possible and we cannot give NOC or transfer the flat... Kindly tell there will be some process for the same....
