If my property is undergoing redevelopment then what are the documents which I am suppose to take from builder. Whether the agreement copy and my original house papers will be with me or buider
all the original papers are to remain with you..you shall be entering into another agreement with the builder, that copy also original is to be with you.
the plans, permissions etc obtained from the bmc can also remain in your custody..
