Redevelopment of Building in which i have a Flat

There is a building which is going for redevelopment entire society members are ready for the same. Even i am ready but i have two flat with below owernship
1) 50% owner first name
2.) 33% owner
remaining ownership is in my cousins name and he is not ready for redevelopment and
also in both flats his family is living.
All documents including share certificate etc are as per below
1) 50% owner (My name)
2.) 33% owner (my name)
what is the steps i can take . i am ready for the redevlopment and i also want a seperate flat in my name basis my area in existing flats.

1. You will have to first speak to your cousin;
2. Then if he does not agree then you can speak with him to your society lawyer;
3. If problem still persists then you can ask the society to take legal action;
4. Consult a local lawyer and take steps.
