REDEVELOPMENT PROCEEDINGS SOCIETY MENTIONED FLAT'S NAME
AS : 1ST OWNER'S NAME WITH AN OCCUPANT NAME?
IN THE SAID FLAT OWNER WAS PASSED AWAY AND DAUGHTER IN LAW LEAVING IN THAT FLAT. SOCIETY DIDNT NOMINATE HER AS A MEMBER
DOES SHE IS SECURE AS AN OCCUPANT? DOES SHE WILL GET RENT, CORPUS ? DOES SHE GET POSSESSION OF FLAT AFTER REDEVELOPMENT ?
DOSE SHE HAVE TO SIGN ALL THE RELEVANT DOCUMENT FOR REDEVELOPMENT ?
WHAT SHOULD SHE RIGHT WHILE SIGNING THE REDEVELOPMENT AGREEMENT ?
