Property usage in rented and captured area

My father doing shop in rented area and some area has been captured by him which is not part of property. The owner suit a file in court and in between my father expired and somehow the existing lawyer loose the case with no more interest. We are running shop for our earning bad now want to file the case in high court. Cab you guide me the process and the the possibility to win the case.
hello Ramesh as you are saying that that suit husband file filed by the owner of the property . regarding property area which is not part of the rented property has been capsule bhaiya father for own purpose but has not been given to him as a rented property part of rented property still gravitate area and use it waterfront property all the although father is no more . due to lack of interest in the case advocate case has been disposed off in the favour of owner of the property but as you are saying that you want to file appeal in High Court yes you can find out of course but winning I need to go to the file I know more about about the case then only I can show you that you can win the case not
