Property transfer between real brothers

We have a flat for which my dad have paid but flat is.on my uncle name. Light bill, maintanance, tax everything on my dads name. We are living from more than 20 years hear. Now we have to change ownership from uncle to my dad. Please assist with process. We dont have any legal issues.
This is my response to you:

2. You will need to pay stamp duty and registration fees;
3. You will need to also complete society formalities;
