Property Rights On Grandfathers House

Hello sir/madam, We have a one property (my grandfather s house)my grandfather having 5son and 2daughters.all are living separatley.my 1st no Uncle is living in grandpas home and he one by one removed all other brothers from house.from last 30 years he live in that house also doing buissness and after him(Uncle is no more) his son aquired all home.and now he deny to leave home or not permit to other family member to construct house by contribution of all. He is saying I am not leaving this property or not permit you to construct,do whatever you do. My question is that -can we lock that property and send him a legal notice.also can we lock this house upto the case result not received either his favor or my favor.
Dear Client, according to your query 1) I want to know whether property has been divided equally to all of the heirs or not. 2) Will or Testamentary deed has been made or not. 3) Any other legal Instrument have been made regarding that property which show that you all are the heirs of that property.
