Property related issue in between the siblings - Sale of Property

The property is in the name of My father and he passed away without any will. The issue now is between the siblings. 2 sons and a daughter.
Since the nominee updated in the Property paper specifies the name of the daughter, she is not willing to sign or transfer it in the name of all 3 heirs. Kindly advise.

This is my response to you:
1. All 4 will be the legal heirs;
2. This means the 3 children and the wife of the deceased;
3. Nominee is not transfer of title;
4. Nomination only makes that person a caretaker, never the owner;
5. You will have to obtain letters of administration;
6. Consult a local lawyer, state full facts and then take steps.
