Property registration and handover delayed by builder

The builder has collected the full amount for the purchased apartment back in May-June. But till date even after repeated reminders they are not providing details and date of final registration and occupancy certificate. I am paying unnecessary interest to the bank for home loan.
You can issue notice against the builder for registration of your property or else return back full amount. If he has not reponded then you can file a case against him within your jurisdiction. If you need any furthur advice about this property please contact me.
