Property purchase from a chakma

I( Hindu) want to buy a house from aChakma residing Kolkata. She is Buddhist and bought tha land from a Muslim and built house in 2009. Now I am told I can't buy property from a Chakma and special court permission is needed. What to do ? How to do. I live in Kolkata.

first of all we should obtain such purchase permission from district judge, but in urban area like Kolkata this is not very much needed.
