Property partition suit in father's property

My father got property from my grandfather through his unregistered will n now property is registered in my father name.can me n my siblings file partition suit and get share in property. I m Hindu.

Youau claim your share by filing suit of for participating declration suit to the effect that you are owner to the extent of ---- share in said property. you have to prove only one thing that said property is ancestral property then only would would succeed.
