What is the right of a father in a deceased son's property,and who are the class 1 hiers of a Hindu male .
Dear Client,
As per the details provided by you my suggestions would be the property of a deceased son can only devolve upon the father when there is no legal heirs as defined in Class I (such as son, daughter, widow, mother, son of pre-deceased son, daughter of pre-deceased son and so on...).
Whereas the father is specified in Class II he can only claim when there are no legal heirs from class I.
