Property issues between father and son

If a father give his property to a one of his Son when Son's financial condition was not good, and after one year if father want his home back but son declining to give back his property, then what father should do? or else if father should make a agreement then what should be mention in that agreement? please advice

If you have given possession to your son, and he is not giving back the possession to you, you can file a criminal complaint under tress pass, Secondly you need file the suit for obtaining the possession from your son.
Also inform the society not to transfer any document including share certificate in the name of your son. If you have nominated your son as a nominee in respect of the said flat kindly cancel the nominee by giving a letter to the society.
