Property issue with my uncle who captured our home by fiduciary means

When we (me n my sister )are teenager my uncle fisiously grab our home by signing my fathers signature (he had drink habits).ow my father is in heaven 10yr ago.we have good relationship with uncle .so issue is how to capture the property .

If your uncle is the current owner of the property you cannot directly transfer it in your name. (We have to see if his name reflects as a owner of the property).
Either you can take the property in your name via Gift Deed, relinquishment deed Or etc. which shall help you in obtaining the property in your name.
