Property issue between brothers.

Myself Aarav Yadav belongs to hindu community. Dad is expired. 100% share certificate is on name of my mother. Elder brother staying with mother. My query is -
Can my mother allot house to my elder brother only?
and if she does so what step can I take for my share in house?
This is my response to you:
1. If your dad expired intestate (without a Will) then as per Hindu law, all the legal heirs gets a claim on the flat;
2. Then you also have 25% share in it;
3. Go for letters of administration from high court;
4. Once you do obtain the same, you will be legally entitled to a claim on the flat.
