Property Issue between brother and sister .

Hi,
My brother and myself purchased a flat jointly in 2016. We both have been paying the equal share of loan EMI till last year Nov 2018.I transfer the EMI amount to my brothers account . Since last Nov 2018 he is transferring the amount to my account We both are not in talking terms Since May 2018 due to personal issues ( not related to our property).
Please suggest what has to be done. Also let me know if any other details are needed.

you can consult us for further steps.. if any one is not ready to pay loan installment, we can negotiate between both of you and get the release deed done by one in favour of other and among you, any one can own the property and continue to repay loan
