Property issue and case on my father in future

Hi I have a doubt please clarify me , my grandfather has passed away this year and my father has transfered his property to his name ,so now this property is in his name ,so can i file a case for my share on my father and does he has right to sell the full property without my consent , and if i file a case how long will it take to get my share from my father , because this property only is our life next because my father not takes cares of my mother and family , so if i get my share from him means i can go on my way and i can takecare of my mon,so can i file case is that possible Clarify me Clearly In future can i file case on my father for property of share

You did not mention about the nature of the property. Otherwise, if your father is the only legal heir of your grandfather then he is entitled to the property. But, your mother can file petition for maintenance for her and for her minor children and unmarried daughter. This way she is also entitled to share in the property.
