I have purchase house in chal after purchase the house in 2/3 year someone file a case on it by saying that the house is my, we purchase from the person he wow the case of same house the same person. (in short the anther person is trying to sell the property and the property on stay order ) property is on stay order the ather person is trying to sell wat can I do pls guide.
This is my response to you:
1. Firstly approach the court and obtain stay order for sale;
2. You can also file a police complaint against the person trying to sell it;
3. You can also approach the civil court and file a separate suit for declaration of right, title and interest on the property;
4. Consult a local lawyer and take steps.
