Property illigal register happened on dad's brother name

We are living in home from last 12 years, but that home not register on my dad's name, it was registered on my dad's mom name. Now my dad's planing to register that home on his name without intemating us. What should i do. How i can proceed legally.
if your grand mother died intestate without executing any will then you can file a suit for partition by the way you can get injunction not to alienate or mutate the property, all the legal heirs will get equal share in the property.
