I bought a flat in thane maharashtra. Later on after 2-3 years an nri filed the case on the flat claiming it as his property. Upon talking to the immediate previous owner of the flat about this case (after police investigation) he is offering me the to resale the flat to him only for same amount of consideration. (Basically i will resale my flat to the person i bought the flat for same amount of consideration). Is it judicious and legal.

If you have bought that property by due procedure of law then you did not to resale to anybody.Because you can be owner by Bona fide faith for value without notice of previous transaction of sale.If any loopholes kept by you in your previous transaction then you can settle that matter.
