you have files a suit in civil court against your uncle and if your father is alive then he has to be the plaintif and if he is not condition to move for his age and due is health issue before the Court then your father can appoint you as his Attor2ney . is your father o?wner of the said land by a sale deed or inheritate the property ? you are in the purview of Hindu law or Muslin law I have know what religion you belong to so that I can give better advice .
