Property distribution amoung all children
02-Jun-2023 (In Property Law)
My father died due to accident, he is left behind property. After his death also we have received accidental insurance, life policy benefits etc., We are 3 children, 2 sisters and 1 brother.
My father left behind 3 properties:
1. 56 x 40 site with 9 houses built which is in my mothers name right now and getting rental income.
2. 30 x 50 site with one individual house where my brother is living and in my mothers name.
2. 30 x 40 site only which my mother gave me in marriage .
4. 33 x 55 Site which we purchased from the amount of accidental insurance we got.
Apart from that other money we have received from various sources, in which a part of it was spent for the marriage of all the 3 children.
VERY IMPORTANT ISSUE IS MY MOTHER AND YOUNGER SISTER HAVE LOST THE 4TH PROPERTY and made a lot of debts without the knowledge of me and my brothers knowledge, HOW CAN THE LOSS AS WELL AS THE PROPERTY EXISTING NOW CAN BE SHARED AMOUNG ALL THE 4 OF US. (MOTHER, BROTHER AND WE 2 SISTERS).
