Property disputes among family members

10-Jul-2023 (In Property Law)
One year ago my father passed away in an accident. My mom and elder sister grandparents and myself is living in the house which is in the name of my father. We have an estate which belongs to all members in family including two younger sisters of my father. They are already got married. We belong to Christianity. So I need to know about the legal shares that everyone can acquire as there is no will.

The property which exclusively belonged to your father will be devolved upon his legal heirs i.e. his wife and children. The Estate which is in the names of his sisters also, will be remained in the names of all those who are in the title deed (in your father's place his legal heirs will come). Younger sisters of your father will get right irrespective of the fact that they got married if their names are available in the title deed or they got it by way of some succession/inheritance.
