Hmara 174 gaj ka makan hai...Jo pehle half half (87-87) gaj mere jaith or husband k name par tha jiska sirf agreement tha...Mere jaith ne apna 87 gaj apni wife ko full agreement krwa kr de diya jbki paiso ka koi len den ni hua sirf agreement me shw krwaya..4 sal bad mere husband ne pura 174 gaj apne nam par registered krwa liya... meri jaithani ne 420 dhara lgwa kr mere husband ke challan ktwa diye... or har tym marpit ka jhutha aarop lgwa kr chllan krwa rhi h or jhuthi application de rhi h .. is matter me kya ho sakta h kya agreement ki koi value h or court me prove ho sakta hai ?
