Property dispute grandfather made a will in name of 2 grandsons

A constructed house of 250 yards double storey in faridabad MY grandmother made a registered will in the name of her two grandsons one is me & 2nd is my cousin instead of her two sons now she passed away in 1999 still we have not applied for transfer of ownership in our name through HUDA.
So you will have to seek probate from the court impleading the other legal hiers of your late grand mother as party who will admit that they have no objection on thr basis of will or you ll have to contest the same.
