29-Aug-2023 (In Property Law)
There is a property case on me and my bua filed this case, we have 3/4 th share with us and 1/4 with them and now legal proceedings has been started and according to the sdm evaluationreport our property values less than the circle rate and market rate. Now my question is can we give them there share according to the sdm evaluation report because they are not agreeing to it and what will happen if both of us wont be able to come to any decision.. please help me....thanks in advance
Hello, I have perused your query. Yes you can obviously go accordingly to the evaluation report. In case there is some sort of denial on the part of other party then the proceedings will go on and the court will arrive on a decision as per its procedure.
If no settlement of issues is arrived at between the proceedings then the suit will go on and the relief will be decided after the arguments.
