25-Aug-2023 (In Property Law)
sir; I have purchased a residential plot in Nov 2006 & got mutated in my name. Till now I am paying rent malgujari. Right from year 2007: a psrty was claiming the right on same plot on the basis of sale deed in 1980. Henever objected to my possession in any form because landwas not mutayed ni his name. When survey was finalised in 1988 : the land remai on the name of same party who sold in1980 and was paying rent till he sold to me. In 2009; the claiment sold the same plot some proprty dealerand in turn property dealer sold thirf party but plot could notget mutated in favour anyone except me. In Nov 2025; I also got the Land Possesdion Cetificate. Now the third party claiment is verbally obstructing and threatening to vacate What will be the legal outcome since I am a Defence employee; always far away from home

Had you registered the property ? If yes then the property in issue will remain with you as you have mutation and LPC in your favour. Though it is not possible , but even in event of property be taken from you under lawful means, you will be compensated
