Property bought by elder brother, can other brothers claim share in it

02-Oct-2023 (In Property Law)
My father has 3 brothers. The eldest of them bought a plot 35 years back on his name. They all invested money and built a house. After few years, one of the other three transferred the property on his name. All are living here since inception. Can the other three brothers claim their share in the property?

You need to clarify the situation in detail, if it can be established that the plot was purchased in the name of the eldest member in capacity as karta of the HUF, then all can stake claim. Even if it can be established that the house was jointly constructed then also they can stake a claim, it would depend on the facts of the case.
