07-Aug-2023 (In Property Law)
Property is in Grandmother name and she recently died and I don't have my father also. Apart from my father grandmother have 3 more daughters. So I am grandson of her and we are only staying and taking care of that property from more than 35years. Now I want to improve that property and need to transfer owner rights to my mother name, please suggest me what is the procedure.

The property is in your garndmothers name. Your grandmother had 3 daughter. You can execute a partition deed among all the heirs of the grandmother. If no compromise is reached let the court decide the share of each heir, in Suit for Partition.
