Procedure to take back property from grandson who was under age

How can i take my property back i put a name of my grand son his age is under 18 but now i want to change it.
Now that you have registered the property in the name of your grandson you can't have it back except if the grandson himself relinquishes the property in your favour.
However you must also know that as your grandson is a minor this relinquishment would take place only with the consent of the court wherein the court will ensure that the minor interest is being served.
