Procedure to register property in two names taken by loan

Hi, I have booked a apartment, for which my whole joint family has made contribution but since my loan eligibility fits the requirement the property needs to be registered in my name and the loan will be on my name too, Is there any way I can share the ownership of my flat with my brother.
