Procedure To Register Land If One Of Co-owner Dies Without Will

Sir, my father has purchased land in the name of his two sons one is me and my brother who dies without any will he was married but have no children.his widow is getting pension and working in railway in compassion ground. We are governed by the muslim personal law. Do my brothers widow has any right in the co- owned land? My father and mother is still alive. What are the procedure to get mutation of land in this case.how the land will be shared.
