procedure to make a will......................

After birth of child my wife's intentions are clear.She is greedy and after my parents property a 3 storied residential house.She has created unnecessary problems at home and even went to police with with false allegations.But she has not filed a 498A case.Instead she has earned sympathy to police with her babies saying everyone is trying to throw her out. Sometimes i feel my wife has a mental problem,but later i find she is thinking of evil intentions only. Now she tries to impress me everyday saying all property belongs to me and I should take care of everything.Also I have decided to hide all my personal assets She neglects my parents in all possible way.My parents can go for senior citizen protection act but being very old,they are not comfortable with cops.I have an older sister too.I dont want my wife to get any property or money.How my father should make the will so that my wife gets nothing ?I would be proud to leave all the property to my elder sister.Is there any way
