Procedure to get equal share in the property of grandfather

02-Jan-2023 (In Property Law)
My grandfather got 2 wives.First wife is my grandmother, who passed away after birth of my father. Second wife is having 5 daughters. Later my grandfather gave very very small portion of property to my father and added agreement he will not have any rights on remaining property. This property is not purchase by my grandfather, it is hereditary property. My grandfather died in 1993. In 2017 my grandfathers second wife dead. Now my father's 5 step sisters are not willing to share property equally. Can I /my father get equal share ?

In your problem itself you have mentioned that , you father have transferred only the small portion of the property and also mentioned in the agreement that he himself declare that he dont have rights over the other portion.

Here you have not informed how and in what way you father declare that he don't have the right over the other portion of the property. And you are not informed that in what way your grand father transferred his right over the property to your father.

In your problem you have informed that you has stated that it was the inherited property. IBut your father himself only declare that he dont have rights. When there is no right over the property. You cant claim the rights. Please clarify transfer of rights to your father and others. Then only we can answer in detail.
