Procedure to file case for property of deceased grandfathers property

Both my grand parents are dead. My Grand mother died in year 200 2, the next year in 2003 My Grand father died. My father have 5 brothers and 2 sisters. My grand father wrote his house in grand mothers name in year 2000, after that she died.In same paper He also wrote some part of open land in 3 brothers name. But the house n land total property is still in grand fathers name. it's not registered to any one. My father didn't get any share from that property, I want my father to get his share. what should we do ? can anyone guide me please.

In your case the open land which was bequeathed to 3 brothers that they can claim. The house and remaining open property will be shared by all of the children. Once read the will carefully if there is any clause the three brothers are not entitled in the remaining part of the property and the same shall be shared by the remaining parties. Please see the will is attested by the two witnesses according to the law and signed before your grandfather. If they are available consult them and enquire about the contents of the will.
