Now I and one of my cousin wants to sell our share of land, but all other cousins does not wish to sell or even talk about to divide the share. Moreover our relations between us is also not normal. My question is what is the way out to divide the land, because it is nearly impossible to divide mutually because a piece of land touches the road and everybody wants to take that piece, excluding me. I just want my share even if it is off the road so that I can sell it. Pls. help
