Procedure to claim share in fathers land

Sir , my grand father offered some land to my father written in 1976,when he was 11 years old .Is there any law by which my uncle can claim share in this land?
What is the nature of the said written document. Is the same a Will. If so then your uncle will not claim share in it. But if it is otherwise then there will some issue. Contact a good lawyer, apprise him about the facts and documents and act accordingly under his advice.
