Procedure to claim right over father's property
29-Jul-2023 (In Property Law)
I want my papa's property .from my brothers and sister
Assuming that you are a Hindu, as per the Hindu Succession Act, all the sons and daughters are successors in equal share of the father's property as they are all class1 legal heirs. Hence, you cannot claim their share in the property. However if they have forcibly occupied your property then you can claim right over your share in the property.
