Procedure to claim right in grandfathers assests

Need help in claiming my grandfather assest, my dad signed and gifter the property to his brother. But that property belongs to my grandfather. So grandson should have the full rights but as i was minor, they told the property from my dad. Is there any possibility for me claim that?

As per hindu succession act grandson only have right as a co parsener in ancestral property. It is not clear how your father inherited grandfather property. If it is by a settlement, partition or gift it will treat as your father's self acquired property. You cannot claim it as succession right
