my brother and mother dint add my name (daughter) in the legal heir certificate. how to add my name and how long it will take to get the legal heir certificate adding my name?? . my brother sold my fathers property who is dead 8 years back and dint give the share
Give an objection to thaisldhar for his previous certificate and ask to add the name also send representation to RDO and Collector. file a partition suit immediately and from further alienation of the property.
