Procedure in case sale is contested by the legal heirs

03-Oct-2023 (In Property Law)
We purchased a property from Mr.A, According to govt records he is the absolute owner of his land mutated to his name after death of his father Mr.B. in the year 2007. We purchased this land in the year 2012. We have received a notice from the court which says illegal sons of Mr.B (from second wife) are contesting the sale made by Mr.A. As they have a share in the property of Mr.B being his second wife's children. We are in deep crisis with this new devpt, can you please advice what we should do now ?

I need all the documents to say what exactly you can do. And more over from how many years you are in possession and what is the sale deed date that when you purchased from your donor. If you furnished all the relevant documents I can suggest you properly.
