In a Probate case unregistered will of father. bequeathed to one son.There were four heirs. One mother one brother gave noc but two sisters objected. But later two sisters did not give evidence in probate case and filed affidavit that they dont want to give evidence nd proceed in the case. This line of we don't want to give evidence nd proceed in the case is Noc or not. What does it means?. We are hindu

dear client .....if your sisters have nt given evidence it's in you favour . Noc is nt required any more .....your evidence as well two NOC...in your favour is sufficient.... move the case without any delay ...for any query or help feel free to reply back ....with regards
