Previously agreed price or Current price?

13-Jul-2023 (In Property Law)
I made an Aggrement to sell my land to a person for 35 lakhs and took 6 lakhs in 2014 . But due to some legal issues ie, others filed a suit that Land belongs to them even it was mine. Now the land rates have been tripled ie.,2019. Can I demand for current price in 2019 or The price that was made in Aggrement 2014?

The suit may be collusive to defeat your claim, so long as you are title holder. The terms of your agreement have to be seen in order to know your rights as agreed therein. You can get issued a notice for specific performance.
